# Fridge Not Cooling?
## Whynter fridge discontinued! (2024 or older)
We can confirm that the **Whynter FM-45 has been discontinued**. The model that has been installed in hundreds of our campervans was discontinued due to changes in **Department of Energy (DOE) testing standards**. The remaining inventory has been depleted, replacement units and parts are no longer available.
We are looking at other potential options for a replacements. We will provide an update as soon as we have tested the options and have chosen the best solution moving forward.
