Whynter Fridge Troubleshooting Guide

Are you experiencing an issue with your fridge? Please follow these instructions below.

The Whynter fridge comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. Fridge life will be prolonged by turning off the fridge when not in use. Contact Whynter support here.

Step 1
Access the fridge control panel by removing the drawers in the Rover, opening the sink cabinet in the Rover XL, or removing the trash can in the Alltrek.

Step 2
Make sure the fridge is in “low-speed” mode, indicated by a green LED light, change modes by pressing the Mode button.

Step 3
Make sure your fridge temperature is set appropriately, we suggest 40 degrees. Set your fridge target temperature by pressing the set button followed by the up or down arrow button. When the desired temperature is displayed, wait three seconds for the setting to save.

Step 4
The current fridge temperature is deployed on the screen. If your displayed temperature does not match the actual temperature of the fridge, the fridge may be faulty. Contact Whynter customer service for assistance: LINK

TIP: We recommend turning off or unplugging your fridge when it is not in use for prolonged periods of time. This may help to extend the life of the fridge.
